It is the policy of BWS Security Systems to provide the Customer with a service which exceeds all aspects of generally accepted workmanship standards and contractually specified requirements.

We undertake through instruction, practical example and in-house training to ensure that quality is everyone's aim throughout the organisation and that each employee has a proper understanding of the importance of the quality system function and its direct relevance to our success.

We ensure that each employee is fully conversant with the Company Quality Assurance Procedures which embrace his/her activities and regular audits are undertaken to verify conformance.

We hereby certify that our Quality Assurance Manual accurately describes the Management System in use within BWS Security Systems to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 2000 and NACOSS Quality Schedule SSQS 101 relating to the installation and servicing of security alarm systems.

We are able to arrange site visits to provide further indication of our quality workmanship. Contracts can be taken throughout the United Kingdom with full Alarm Receiving Centre signalling and control.
